We do not cover return fees if you change your mind or order incorrectly. We only accept returns to us within 14 days of date of receiving, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a store credit. *Conditions Apply.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item received by Australia Post:
1. Contact us on support@welcomeboardstore.com.au and explain the reasons for your return
2. Once you have received approval to return your item/s.
3. Pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
4. Affix an label to your package, but please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

5. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post because Welcome Board Store will not be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
7. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
8. If your return is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.
