Welcome Board Store Online Store offers the following shipping rates:

  • Small items (2kg): $15
  • Medium items (3kg): $22
  • Large items (5kg & up): $45

Please note that standard shipping costs apply to all orders. For inquiries regarding shipping rates to remote or international locations, please contact us.

SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES
Order by 2pm Mon-Fri to receive same-day dispatch or order after 2pm and receive next business day dispatch.

Please Note: we do not ship to PO Boxes. All items are shipped by courier so please provide us with a business or street address where someone will be present at the delivery address between 9am-5pm to sign for the delivery. If you are not present when delivery is attempted we cannot guarantee it will be re-delivered in a timely manner. It may be allocated to a third party company which we have no control over, and a re-delivery fee of $30 may be incurred in some instances. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order via the relevant courier websites.

Pre-order items: we cannot provide guaranteed shipping dates but pre-orders are given priority and will shipped immediately the same day the goods arrive in our warehouse.

We endeavour to keep our extensive online range as up-to-date as possible but if you cannot find what you're looking for, please Contact Us and we will do our best to find it for you.

RETURNS POLICY
Welcome Wake & Snow offers free returns! So if you receive an item that is faulty, or is not as described, please return it to us within 14 days of date of receiving, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a refund. *Conditions Apply.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are offered at significantly discounted prices so please choose carefully as we cannot offer exchanges or returns on sale items.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item received by Australia Post:
1. Contact us on support@welcomeboardstore.com.au and explain the reasons for your return
2. Once you have received approval to return your item/s.
3. Pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
4. Affix an label to your package, but please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

5. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post because Welcome Board Store will not be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
7. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
8. If your return is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.

To return an item received by Couriers:
1. Contact us on support@welcomeboardstore.com.au and explain the reasons for your return.
2. If your return is approved, we will organize Courier to collect the goods on a date that is convenient with you.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or WILL NOT be accepted. Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked box and in as new condition. When the boxed item is posted back, please ensure you pack the box inside a satchel, please do not stick anything directly on to the outside of the original box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition the exchange or refund may not be accepted.

* Free returns: we do not charge any return or restocking fees, or shipping fees on faulty and warranty items. Return shipping charges apply for items that do not fit or were incorrectly ordered.
