FAQ's

How do I replace my snowboard binding?

Tools You'll Need:
A #3 Phillips head screwdriver (or the tool that came with your bindings)

Your new bindings

(Optional) Binding discs (if the new bindings don't fit the old ones)

Steps:
Remove the Old Bindings

Lay your snowboard flat.

Use the screwdriver to unscrew each binding from the board.

Keep the screws and washers if you plan to reuse them (or check if your new bindings come with their own).

Prepare the New Bindings

Check that the binding discs match your snowboard’s mounting system (e.g., 4x4, 2x4, Channel).

Adjust the bindings roughly to your stance width and angle (example: +15° front / -9° back for regular riders).

Position the Bindings

Line up the discs with the board holes.

Set the angles you want.

Place each binding where your stance feels natural (measure the distance between the inner edges of the footbeds).

Screw Them In

Lightly screw each binding into place.

Important: Tighten the screws evenly — don't fully tighten one screw before starting the others. Go in a cross-pattern (like lug nuts on a tire) for best fit.

Final Adjustments

Center your boots in the bindings (toe-to-heel).

Adjust straps if needed.

Make sure all screws are tightened firmly — but don’t overtighten and strip them.

Double Check

Stand on the board, strap in, and bounce around a little to make sure the bindings feel secure and natural.

Pro Tip:
After your first ride, recheck the screws. They sometimes loosen slightly after the first few runs.
