2027 Straightline Moondog Wakesurf Rope | Climb It Without Looking
The Moondog is the surf rope Straightline rate as the best they build, and the reason is what your hands find. Moulded foam sponge sections run down the line, so you climb hand over hand toward the wave without dropping your eyes to hunt for the next grip. The silicon soft endcaps mean lobbing it back into the boat doesn't take out whoever is sitting on the transom.
Key Technical Features
Moulded Foam Grips: Sponge sections spaced down the line give you something comfortable to hold anywhere along it, so finding the sweet spot on the wave is a matter of feel rather than counting knots.
Five Sections — 10' + 5' + 5' + 3' + 2.5': Shorten in as your surfing improves and you start riding closer to the pocket.
Final Bungee Section: The last section stretches, so the take-off gives you a bit of thrust into the wave instead of a dead pull.
Polypro Mainline: Durable, fade-resistant fibre braid that holds its colour through a summer of UV and salt.
Floats: Keeps the rope up and visible in the water between riders.
Silicon Soft Endcaps: Safety, for the moment the rope comes back over the swim deck.
