The 2027 Radar Womens Union takes a proven Vapor shape, adds four-tenths of an inch of width outside the tunnel, and wraps it in a lighter carbon construction. It rides higher on the water — nimble, stable and easy to move on from the very first turn — for 24–32 mph (40–52 kph). This is the Union built around a lighter rider, not the men's ski in a different graphic.

Key Technical Features

• Added Width Outside the Tunnel: Four-tenths of an inch more than the Vapor shape it's based on. That's what creates the lift and support at slower speeds, and why the ski feels settled the second you lean away from the boat.
• Lighter Carbon Construction: The layup is built for a lighter rider, so the ski loads and rebounds at the weights and speeds you actually ski at instead of staying stiff underfoot.
• All-Terrain Core: Polyurethane with paulownia wood stringers. The wood damps the ski — it absorbs rough water instead of transmitting it, which is exactly what you want while you're rebuilding confidence.

Why You'll Love It

Beginner to intermediate. This is the ski for getting back on the water after time off, or for moving off a wide beginner ski onto something that carves properly without jumping to a course ski that punishes a slow start. It works behind a boat that isn't running tournament speed, and it's still a real slalom ski — it rolls onto edge and holds direction, it just doesn't make you earn it. Who it isn't for: if you're running buoys, the Lyric Alloy or Lyric Graphite gives you more. If you're still working on deep-water starts, the Womens Session is wider again.

Womens Union or Lyric Alloy?
The Lyric Alloy is the Senate platform tuned for women — narrower, for 26–34 mph, and the better ski once you're carving and running the odd course pass. The Union is two-tenths wider, runs down to 24 mph and is the easier start. Returning to skiing or behind a slower boat, the Union.

Womens Union or Womens Session?
The Session is Radar's widest ski and the easiest deep-water start, for 20–30 mph. The Union is narrower, carves harder and runs to 32 mph. First slalom ski ever, the Session. Skied before and want a real slalom feel, the Union.

Does it come with boots?
No — blank ski with the adjustable fin fitted. Add a front boot and either a rear boot or an ARTP.
