The 2027 Radar Union is built around a proven Vapor shape with four-tenths of an inch of extra width outside the tunnel — enough lift, balance and support that the ski rides higher on the surface and feels fast and nimble without asking you to work for it. Key Technical Features

• High-Speed Flow Line: Straighter lines from the wide point through the tail create a more efficient path for water across the ski. Less drag, less resistance — so it holds speed and connection across the wakes even when the boat is slower than a course speed.

• Added Width Outside the Tunnel: Four-tenths of an inch more than the Vapor shape it's based on. That's what creates the lift and support at slower speeds, and why the ski feels stable the second you load the line rather than five metres later.

• All-Terrain Core: Polyurethane with integrated paulownia wood stringers. The wood auto-damps — it absorbs rough water instead of transmitting it, which is exactly what you want when you're rebuilding confidence.

• 100% Carbon Fibre: Light, fast and consistent, with even flex across the whole ski.

• Closed-Chain Construction: Every layer integrated into one system from top deck to base, so energy moves tip to tail without a dead spot.

Why You'll Love It

Beginner to intermediate, and we mean that as a compliment. The Union is for the skier getting back on the water after a few years off, or the one who's done with fighting a narrow ski to get out of the hole. Speed window is 24–32 mph (40–52 kph), so it works behind a family boat that isn't holding tournament speed. It's still a real slalom ski — it rolls onto edge and carves properly, it just doesn't punish you for a slow start. If you're running a course consistently, step to a Senate; if you want to enjoy skiing again, this is the one.
