The 2027 Radar TRA is a kids' slalom ski built on the same new Senate platform as the adult range — not a shrunken toy. Lightweight kid-specific carbon construction makes it balanced, responsive and easy to move on, so a young skier gets confidence from the very first pass. It rolls into the turn early, holds direction through the finish, and builds speed without needing brute strength. Comes in two graphics: Matte Black / Tiger Yellow and Sea Shell / Lavender.

Key Technical Features

• Senate Platform, Kid-Sized: The shape progression is the same one the adult skis use, scaled properly rather than just made shorter. It means the ski behaves the way a real slalom ski does, so nothing has to be unlearned later.

• Kid-Specific Carbon Construction: Light enough that a child can actually manage the ski — on the dock, in the water, and through the turn. Weight is the thing that stops most kids progressing, and this is where Radar spent the money.

• All-Terrain Core: Polyurethane with integrated paulownia wood stringers. The wood auto-damps, absorbing rough water instead of transmitting it — forgiving on the landings that don't go to plan.

• Closed-Chain Construction: Every layer integrated into one connected system from top deck to base, so energy moves tip to tail without a dead spot.
