The 2027 Hyperlite Pleasure is a shape most of the cable scene already knows, and its appeal is simple. A fully machined Woodlite core gives it identical flex from tip to tail, a narrower profile makes edge changes quick, and Hyperlite rates it Flex Factor 5. Five sizes from 138 to 156, the widest run in the 2027 park range.

Key Technical Features

• Woodlite Core, Fully Machined: One hundred per cent sustainable paulownia, machined rather than hand-shaped so the flex is consistent tip to tail. That is what makes a press repeatable.
• Full Body Flex: The flex runs through the whole board rather than being zoned. With the machined core, it is why the Pleasure presses so evenly.
• Abrupt Continuous Rocker: A continuous curve with a quicker rise at the ends. It keeps the board fast, gives it its carve, and is where the ollie power comes from.
• Full Beveled Edge, Narrow Profile: The bevel runs the whole way around so rails stop being edge-catch hazards, and the narrow outline changes edges quickly with minimal swing weight.
• Flex Factor 5, Finless: On Hyperlite's 1 to 5 cable scale, 1 is a standard flex and 4 and 5 are the softest, most pressable shapes. The Pleasure sits at the top with the Impulse and Aries.

Hyperlite's chart lists the 138, the shortest board in the run, as suiting riders of 41 kg and up, which reads like an error against every size above it, so we have left the weight off that row rather than repeat it. Widths run 16.75 to 17 inches. Board only, no fins, bindings separate.

Pleasure or Aries?
Same Woodlite core and the same Flex Factor 5. The Aries adds Satin Flex and runs 142 and 146 only. The Pleasure runs five sizes with no flex tuning. Over about 64 kg, the Pleasure has a size for you.

Pleasure or Bloodline?
Flex Factor 5 against 4. The Pleasure is softer and presses more evenly thanks to its machined core and full body flex. The Bloodline is firmer between the feet, with grab rails and the range's highest ollie power rating.

Which size, and does it come with fins?
