About This Product
2027 Hyperlite Ora Wakeboard Boots | A Low Cuff Built for Women
The 2027 Hyperlite Ora is a women's boot built around one decision: keep the cuff low. Most of the support in a wakeboard boot comes from how far up your leg it runs, and the trade you make for that support is ankle movement. The Ora takes the other side of that trade, and uses Hyperlite's 0-g Platform to keep the whole thing light enough that the board still feels connected underneath you.
Key Technical Features
- 0-g Footwear Platform: Ultra-lightweight construction, and the reason a low-cuff boot can still transfer energy properly. Less hardware between your foot and the deck.
- Low Cuff: The defining feature. Your ankle is free to move, which is what you want when you are landing off-axis or working on presses rather than sending big.
- Direct Energy Transfer: Hyperlite's own framing: what you do translates to the board instantly. A soft, vague boot costs you the edge you are trying to set.
- Invisilast and epx-Base: The shell materials. They carry the load a low cuff would otherwise ask your ankle to take.
Why You'll Love It
This is a park and freeride boot for women who would rather move than be held rigid. If you ride cable, work rails, or land switch often enough that ankle range matters more to you than maximum lockdown, the low cuff is the right call. Who it isn't for: if you are riding hard behind the boat and want the cuff to take the landing instead of your ankle, the tall-cuff ARC is the better shape. Hyperlite does not publish a flex rating for the Ora, so we are not going to put a number on it.
Size Guide
- 6/7: paired sizing, the smallest in the run
- 8, 9, 10: single sizes
Four sizes, 6/7 through 10, in women's shoe sizing. Closed-toe, so the fit is closer than an open-toe boot. Check the range against your normal shoe size and size down if you want it tighter. Sold as a pair on the standard 6 inch mounting spread with M6 bolts.
Quick Answers
Ora or ARC?
Cuff height. The Ora runs low for ankle freedom, the ARC runs tall for support. Both sit on the 0-g Platform. Pick by how you ride, not by price.
Is it only for women?
It is built and sized for women, on women's shoe sizing from 6/7 to 10. Anyone whose foot fits that range and who wants a low cuff can ride it.
What is not published on this boot?
Hyperlite has not released a liner type, lacing system, footbed or flex rating for the Ora. We have left those out rather than fill them in from last year's model.

About Hyperlite
Hyperlite changed wakeboarding forever in 1991 when it built the world's first compression-molded wakeboard — and it's driven the sport's innovation ever since, from Biolite cores to the 0-G boot platform.
Today the range spans wakeboards, wakesurfers and boots, built for everyone from first-timers to the pros. It's the brand that wrote the rulebook, and keeps rewriting it.
