The 2027 Hyperlite Genetic Loaded is the flagship of the boat range and the board Hyperlite built its WORKS facility in Arlington, Washington to make — lab, factory and test lake on one site. Loaded construction runs a 12K carbon stringer top and base over a PVC 100 core, which let the engineers add stiffness and more twist at once. Rated near the top of the 2027 range for pop, and the only board in the line made 100% in the USA.

Key Technical Features

• NEW Loaded Construction: A 12K carbon stringer top and base, a lightweight PVC 100 core and two 3mm solid fibreglass rods. Stiffer response off the edge and more twist through the board, so it hits harder and lands softer at the same time.
• Continuous Rocker: An unbroken rockerline, not a staged one. You carry speed across the flats and the lift builds through the whole approach, which is what makes a board this stiff so predictable at the wake.
• Dual Concave Base with Molded Landing Feature: Twin channels funnel water down the belly for edge hold and speed, and a shaped landing zone through the profile soaks up compression on wake-to-wake landings and overshoots.
• Monocoque Construction & Layered Glass: Top and base laminates bonded into one shell, with the glass layered to tune flex and torsion. Impact spreads across the board instead of loading one spot.
• Fins: .7" SS Beam (4): Four 0.7 inch stainless steel beam fins in the box. Low profile, so you get hold without drag, and the board is ready to ride the day it lands.

Sold in 136 cm, 140 cm and 144 cm. Board only, four fins included, bindings separate on M6 inserts so it takes Hyperlite boots and every other major brand. Hyperlite does not publish a rider weight chart for the Genetic Loaded, so send us your weight and boot size and we will size you properly rather than guess.

Is it a boat board or will it handle cable?
Boat. It ships with four beam fins and the shape is built around a boat wake. For cable laps you want a finless, reinforced park board — the Guara or the Bloodline.
