A continuous rocker gives consistent speed and pop, a wood core in urethane construction keeps it lively without going vague, and Hyperlite's new Torque Flex tunes the tip and tail to lock onto a feature. Key Technical Features

• NEW Torque Flex: New for 2027. Flex zones tuned into the tip and tail so the ends give under a press while the middle holds its shape. It is what lets a firm board still press.
• Continuous Rocker: An unbroken curve. Speed stays consistent across the flats and up a kicker, and the pop off a feature arrives at the same point every time.
• Wood Core with Urethane Construction: A wood core for snap, wrapped in urethane for impact. Lively underfoot but controlled, and built to take a season of rails.
• Flat Base with Shallow Belly Channels: A flat running surface keeps the board fast and predictable, with subtle channels through the belly for hold, and concave in the tip and tail for control on takeoff and landing.
• Flex Factor 3, Finless: On Hyperlite's 1 to 5 cable scale, 1 is a standard flex and 4 and 5 are the softest, most pressable shapes. At 3 the Forge is the firmest, most locked-in board in the 2027 park range.

Why You'll Love It

Intermediate to advanced park riding. Hyperlite's own sliders put the Forge dead centre on all three axes, speed, flex and ollie power, and that is the design rather than a hedge: a board with no strong bias in any direction, which is what a technical rider wants underfoot. Who it isn't for: to press everything in sight, the Bloodline at Flex Factor 4 or the Pleasure and Impulse at 5 do it far more easily. Behind a boat, the Blueprint or the Rage. Sold in 134 cm, 140 cm and 147 cm. The Forge is new for 2027 and Hyperlite publishes no rider weight or size chart for it anywhere, neither in the dealer catalogue nor on hyperlite.com, so we are not going to invent one. Send us your weight, boot size and where you ride and we will size you properly. As a starting point, shorter presses and spins more easily while longer carries speed on bigger features. Board only, no fins, bindings separate on M6 inserts.

Which size, and does it come with fins?
