About This Product

2027 Hyperlite Blueprint Wakeboard | The Fastest Board in the Range

The 2027 Hyperlite Blueprint is Trever Maur's signature board, and Hyperlite rates it the fastest in the 2027 boat collection. A continuous rocker holds that speed across the flats, a Biolite 3 core keeps the swing weight down, and a deep spine breaks up the water on the way down — Hyperlite calls it the softest landing board it has built. The intermediate board for riders who want to stop thinking about landings and start thinking about tricks.

Key Technical Features

  • Biolite 3 Core: Hyperlite's PU foam core wrapped in fibreglass. Light in the swing, damp underfoot and far tougher than the weight suggests.
  • Continuous Rocker: A smooth, unbroken curve instead of a staged kick. Speed stays with you across the flats and the lift builds gradually, giving you longer to set a grab.
  • Deep Spine: A pronounced spine down the base splits the water on landing rather than slapping it flat. It is why Hyperlite calls this its softest landing board.
  • Variable Edge Design: Thicker and rounder underfoot, thinning towards the tip and tail. Surfy and catch-free through transitions, and it still bites when you stand it on edge.
  • Fins: .7" Blueprint (4): Four 0.7 inch Blueprint-specific fins, not the beam fin used across the rest of the range. Tuned to let the tail break loose and lock back in when you load it.

Why You'll Love It

Intermediate, and Hyperlite's own skill scale agrees — it runs from a quarter of the way up to near the expert end. Trever Maur wanted something soulful that breaks free in the flats and still delivers off the wake; a continuous rocker over a deep spine is how that got built. Pop sits mid-range, speed at the very top. Who it isn't for: if you already clear the wake with room to spare and you want height, the 3-stage kick of the Rage or the Genetic Loaded sends you higher. First few sessions, start on the State 2.0.

Size Guide

  • 143 cm: riders 66-95 kg · continuous 2.5" rocker · 871 sq in · 17.25" wide
  • 147 cm: riders 82 kg and up · continuous 2.6" rocker · 925 sq in · 17.25" wide

Also made in 138 cm. Hyperlite publishes rocker and rider weight figures for the 143 and 147 only, so ask us before you settle on the 138. Board only, four fins included, bindings separate on M6 inserts — Hyperlite pairs it with the Gooey boot, the Team X or the Team OT.

Quick Answers

Blueprint or Rage?
Rockerline. The Blueprint is continuous — fast across the flats, gradual lift, soft landings. The Rage is 3-stage and kicks harder and later. Progressing, Blueprint. Chasing height, Rage.

Which size should I be on?
At 66-95 kg the 143 covers most riders. Over 82 kg, or if you want a more planted feel underfoot, take the 147. Between the two, the shorter board spins easier and the longer lands softer.

Can I ride it at the cable park?
Behind the boat it is excellent. At the cable it will do laps, but it has fins and no reinforced deck, so it is not the board for rails and kickers. For that, look at the Guara or the Impulse.

About Hyperlite

Hyperlite changed wakeboarding forever in 1991 when it built the world's first compression-molded wakeboard — and it's driven the sport's innovation ever since, from Biolite cores to the 0-G boot platform.

Today the range spans wakeboards, wakesurfers and boots, built for everyone from first-timers to the pros. It's the brand that wrote the rulebook, and keeps rewriting it.
