The 2027 HO Syndicate Works 01 is the ski Will Asher took to four ProTour wins and seven podiums, and it is built for one thing: attacking the course without hesitating. Handcrafted outside Seattle, it refines the original Works 01 in the two places that change how a ski finishes a turn, the concave and the bevel.

Key Technical Features

• Deeper Concave under the Feet: More stability and more drive back to centreline, and more swing outbound. This is the change you feel at the finish of the turn.
• Optimised Bevel: Smaller through the body for speed and swing, then bigger and flatter through the tail where you want hold. The ski lets go where it should and grips where it must.
• Medium Width Profile: Narrow enough to roll onto a high edge angle without a fight, which is what a course skier is buying at this end of the range.
• Low Tip Rocker and Wide Forebody: Stability at speed, and support through the front of the ski when you load it hard into the wakes.
• Syndicate Adjustable Fin: Ships with the adjustable fin and an 8 degree wing. HO publish full settings, so it can be dialled rather than guessed at.

Why You'll Love It

This is a tournament ski and we are not going to pretend otherwise. HO rate it advanced, file it under Course, and recommend 51 to 58 km/h. If you are running the buoys at short line and you want a ski that rewards being aggressive, this is the one. Who it isn't for: everyone else. If you free ski more than you run a course, the Omni Ultra does that job far better and costs less than half. A skier still learning to hold an edge will find this ski punishing.

• 66": riders up to about 82 kg · 65.95" long · 6.82" wide
• 67": riders 82-100 kg · 66.92" long · 6.92" wide

Weights converted from HO's published pounds, so treat them as a guide. HO's three charts disagree slightly on the 67 — we have used the figures from the product page. Sold as a ski only, blank, with the Syndicate adjustable fin fitted; bindings and plates are separate.

Two different philosophies at the same price. The 01 is Will Asher's attacking shape, built around concave and bevel. The 02 is the stability and freedom shape, built around a four-stage rocker line. Ski both if you can.

Which size should I be on?
Up to about 82 kg the 66, and from there to roughly 100 kg the 67. These are narrow course skis, so being on the right length matters more than it does on a crossover.

Does it come with bindings?
No. It ships blank with the Syndicate adjustable fin. HO's Stance plates and boots fit it, and we can put a package together.
