The 2027 HO Future Omni is the Omni's crossover shape in a single 65 inch length aimed at a young or lighter skier. Same four-stage rocker line, same Clean Edge Tail, same forgiving glass and polyurethane build as the adult ski, sized and priced for someone still growing into it.

Key Technical Features

• 4-Stage Rocker Line: Dual flat spots for stability and acceleration. A lighter skier gets a ski that sits still underfoot instead of wandering.
• Clean Edge Tail: HO measure it at 50 per cent less drag, so the ski accelerates without needing the strength to drive it hard.
• High Volume Concave and Larger Bevels: Hold and forgiveness from the concave; stability from the softer bevels. Together they are what stop a bad edge turning into a fall.
• Classic Construction: Fiberglass Polyurethane composite: Glass over a polyurethane core. Forgiving in rough water and far tougher than a carbon ski, which matters on a kid's first proper ski.
• Omni Fin: Long and shallow, for stability without killing manoeuvrability. Fixed rather than adjustable, which is the right call at this level.

One length only. The weight is converted from HO's published pounds and comes from their factory chart, which is the only source that carries this model. Sold as a ski only, blank, with the Omni fin fitted; bindings and plates are separate, and HO also do it as a package with a Stance plate and rear toe plate.

Length and who it is for. The Future Omni is one 65 inch size for a lighter or younger skier. The standard Omni runs 65 through 69 Wide and covers adults.

Is my kid ready for a slalom ski?
If they can get up on two skis and hold a line comfortably, yes. If they are still working on getting up at all, a combo pair first will get them there faster.

When will they outgrow it?
Around 68 kg, going by HO's own weight guidance. At that point the standard Omni in a 67 is the next ski.
