At its core, the NO1 C.D.P. features a hybrid Paulownia wood and crosslinked PVC foam core, offering the perfect balance of lightweight flex and long-lasting strength. Basalt laminates paired with dual Uni Carbon beams provide targeted stiffness, smooth flex, and explosive response, making every carve, pop, and landing feel precise and controlled.

The UV-stable TPU laminates on both the deck and base ensure durability against impacts and sun exposure, while the D75 Polyurethane sidewalls deliver reliable protection and uniform rail flex. Four glass-filled nylon fins enhance tracking and stability without compromising clean release off the wake.
