Tokoro Surfboards is a Hawaiian family shaping bay. Brothers Wade and Kerry Tokoro started building boards on Oahu’s east side in 1985 because they could not afford to keep buying them. Forty years on, Tokoro boards have been under Jamie O’Brien, Sunny Garcia and a long list of Hawaiian chargers — performance shortboards from a factory that still touches every board.

Welcome Board Store lists Tokoro among our surf brands. We do not have Tokoro boards on the rack right now, but the collection stays so you can check back when the next one lands in Mornington.

When they are in

Tokoro sits with our surfboards — high-performance shortboards rather than softboards. If you need a board this week, the current wall (including Sharp Eye, Channel Islands and the rest) is in the warehouse and ready to ship from VIC.
