How to do a Warranty Claim
Here at Welcome Boardstore our products offer 12 month repair and replacement warranties for factory defects or manufacturing errors.
All warranty claims and repairs must only be assessed by the manufacturer and/or manufacturers representative and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion excluding any shipping fee's. A valid proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.

Warranty claims must be accompanied with images and or videos of damage, in order to organise a replacement/repair. In the event that an item appears to be faulty and your warranty claim is approved, please return item as per return and exchange policy.
Welcome Boardstore will always try to have as quick a turn around as possible however please allow at least 7 to 10 business days for a warranty claim to be processed.
