Price Match Policy
If you find the same product cheaper at another authorised Australian retailer, bring it to us and we'll match the price.
We'd rather you bought it from people who actually ride the gear and can look after you afterwards. So if a genuine competitor has it for less, show us and we'll meet it.
How it works
- Find the item cheaper at an authorised Australian retailer.
- Send us the link — through our Price Match Request Form, by email, or ring us on 03 9781 4733.
- We check it, and if it qualifies we put your order on hold at the matched price.
The price has to come from you — we don't go hunting for competitor pricing on your behalf.
What qualifies
- An authorised Australian retailer for that brand — not a marketplace listing, grey import, auction site or overseas store
- The exact same product: same model year, same colour, same size, same condition
- In stock and available to buy at that price when you show us
- A genuine advertised price, not a member-only rate, clearance error or expired promotion
We compare the final price — what you'd actually pay once shipping, duties and taxes are counted.
What doesn't
Price matches can't be combined with other Welcome promotions or discount codes. If we can't verify the competitor's price, or the item isn't genuinely available, we can't match it.
Sales and price adjustments
If you see something on sale at welcomeboardstore.com.au, don't wait around — sale prices aren't permanent and change frequently.
Pricing errors
We try hard to keep our pricing accurate, but errors do occasionally happen. If an item's price is displayed incorrectly we'll cancel your order for that item and let you know.
