FEATURES:
- Chin protector:A piece of fabric that guards the chin from possible chafing from the zipper.
- Easy headphone access:This jacket has a special tunnel for the headphonewire.
- Fixed hood:This hood is attached to the garment with stitching and cannot be removed.
- Fully taped seams:Fully taped seams are where tape is applied to all the garment seams and sealed using heat. For a garment to be highly waterproof the seams need to be treated in this way so to stop water from getting in through the stitchingholes of the seam.
- Goggle cleaner:A special lenscleanerthat you can use to clean your goggles with.
- Goggle pocket:A specially designed pocket perfect for storing your goggles when they're not in action.
- High collar hood:This is a garment which not only has a hood but also a high collar, perfect for keeping the elements at bay. The collar can partially cover the face.
- Lift pass holder:This garment has a specially designed pocket for the lift pass.
- Lycra cuffs:There is an extra cuff on the inside of the sleeve. This helps to keep snow and wind out.
- Stretch waistgaiter:This waist gaiter has stretch fabric built into it so that the fit is improved and the elements are truly kept at bay.
- Velcro cuffs:On the outside of the sleeves at the cuffs, the sleeve width can be adjusted with the use of velcro.
- Vent zips:These are zippers places under the arms or at the legs. They allow hot air to escape from the jacket and cool air to get in. A bit like your own personal air-conditoning.
- YKK zipper:This is an A-class zipper.

Welcome Boardstore offers free returns subject to circumstance. Free returns are granted if you receive an item that is faulty, or is not as described. We do not cover return fees if you change your mind or order incorrectly. We only accept returns to us within 14 days of date of receiving, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a store credit. *Conditions Apply.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item received by Australia Post:
1. Contact us on support@welcomeboardstore.com.au and explain the reasons for your return
2. Once you have received approval to return your item/s.
3. Pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
4. Affix an label to your package, but please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

5. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post because Welcome Board Store will not be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
7. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
8. If your return is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.

2. If your return is approved, we will organize Courier to collect the goods on a date that is convenient with you.
