Hello everybody Chris O'Shea from welcomesnow.com and this is the 2020 str binding.
The STR binding is a really really great Binding it's 369 and it's an all mountain medium to stiff flexing binding it has a lot of structure through this base plate.
It's you know you're not going to be flexing it out it's going to have a lot of response through there it's got their exo frame strap as well this year which is a little upgrade which is super super light strap that goes over the top of the foot you know these straps are great because they're so comfortable and
there's no bulk through the top there.
I've had some customers that have had a high arch and they've had trouble with like pressure coming down on the top of their foot and these honeycomb-style straps. Uhm union calls it the xo frame. They make a really big difference so that's a nice feature another feature that this binding has is canting which means that it has a little angle through there it's great for the hips standing wide a little bit of angle there.
Um just a little bit nicer on the body also comes with unions which is compatible for all boards so work on track system four-way patterns uh their ultra grip toe strap which is right here so this material here has is designed to grip to the toe and just goes over so nicely the ratchets are a four-way ratchet. Uhm you got eva in the heel of this binding right through here so that's helping dampness but you don't have it in the front but the 369 this is an absolute killer the two colorways.
This year look amazing you've got your stone and your dark gray so they're matching up with some boards pretty good but this is really an awesome binding for somebody that doesn't want to break the bank and once still that performance of say like a force.
Um then you know or they've bought like a board that is kind of like medium stiff you know you're going to want a bit something a bit more responsive than maybe like a contact binding on there this is the binding for you so the STR. Check it out!
